PLEASE NOTE

All delivery time frames are estimations

    • There are no collections scheduled over bank holiday weekends
    • All orders placed over a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day
    • Once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend any items or cancel orders.
    • Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly.  Any parcels returned to sender due to invalid addresses may incur a charge, payable by the customer for a second shipment.
    • Please note, items ordered alongside pre-order items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available for dispatch.
    • All domestic 1-2 day orders must be placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday to ensure delivery (excludes weekends & bank holidays)
    • All orders placed for Saturday delivery must be placed before 3pm on Friday. (Please be advised if this falls on a bank holiday this will be sent for the following Saturday)

Returns Policy

  • We hope your shopping experience with us exceeds your expectations and that you will be delighted with your purchase.
  • We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging.
  • YOUR REFUND FOR THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE RETURNED ITEM(S) (EXCLUDING ORIGINAL POSTAGE PAID) WILL BE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
  • You are welcome to send via the Post Office, or other courier of your choice. Please note, the fee for these services is payable by you and is variable based on the weight and dimensions of your parcel and the service you select.
  • Please do ensure you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we are responsible for your parcel only when it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

We can not accept returns in person, please use the Post Office or other courier to send the item to us.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and post it back to you.

What happens to my refund if my card is no longer in use?

Your refund will still go back onto the card details used on your order as long as the card account is still open.

When a card is lost, stolen or cancelled, we can still refund that card. We cannot refund your order to a different card.

RETURNING 3 FOR 2 / FREE GIFT PROMOTION ITEMS

Glamify Fashion may run promotions or offers on products. If ordering from these promotions please read the following terms.

If you have ordered items within our 3 for 2 promotion then please read the following conditions for returns:

If you return the free item, no refund will be issued.

If you want to return one or both of the other items then you will also have to return the free item.

If one of the items is returned and this is not the free item, the free item cost will be deducted from the refund. 

We can not process refunds if the free item is not returned.

If you have ordered items within our FREE GIFT On Orders Over £60 Promotion then please read the following conditions for returns:

If you return the free item, no refund will be issued.

If you want to return a paid for item within the same order that you received a free gift then you will also have to return the free gift. We can not process refunds if the free gift is not returned.

Glamify Fashion reserves the right to withdraw promotions at any point.

If you purchase from a bundle offer but return one item from that bundle offer, the offer is then cancelled. Then full price applies to the item you have kept and you will be refunded the difference. 

Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment.

We recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for parcels on the way back to us. Please include a note with your order number, why you are returning the item and if you would like a refund or an exchange.

Please note: we do not yet offer freepost return labels.

Please allow 14 days from us receiving your return to process your refund or exchange. Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment.

Please note that your right to return products does NOT apply to products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty:

  • Goods made to your specification 
  • Lingerie/Swimwear
