PLEASE NOTE

All delivery time frames are estimations

  • There are no collections scheduled over bank holiday weekends
  • All orders placed over a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day
  • Once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend any items or cancel orders.
  • Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly.  Any parcels returned to sender due to invalid addresses may incur a charge, payable by the customer for a second shipment.
  • Please note, items ordered alongside pre-order items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available for dispatch.
  • All domestic 1-2 day orders must be placed before 3pm to ensure delivery (excludes weekends & bank holidays)
  • All orders placed for Saturday delivery must be placed before 3pm on Friday.

Returns Policy

We hope your shopping experience with us exceeds your expectations and that you will be delighted with your purchase. Should you wish to return a product purchased from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in the original condition. Returns must be made within 14 days time in original, undamaged packaging.

Please ensure you send the item back with a note as to why you wish to return the item.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and post it back to you, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you purchase from a bundle offer but return one item from that bundle offer, the offer is then cancelled. Then full price applies to the item you have kept and you will be refunded the difference.

Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment.

We recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for parcels on the way back to us. Please include a note with your order number, why you are returning the item and if you would like a refund or an exchange.

Please do not use Parcel Force to return your parcels.

Please note: we do not yet offer freepost return labels.

Please allow 14 days from us receiving your return to process your refund or exchange. Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment.

Please note that your right to return products does NOT apply to products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty:

  • Goods made to your specification 
  • Lingerie/Swimwear
