Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging.

We will only accept returns placed through our returns portal. For our returns portal please click here

Your refund for the total value of the returned item(s) (excluding postage costs) will be issued to the original payment method. The current returns fee for all returns sent though the returns portal is £4.99, this will be deducted from the total value of your refund.

Please note the returns portal is currently only available to customers who have ordered to a UK address.

Please ensure you keep a copy of your proof of postage once you drop your return off at one of our nominated drop off points. Please allow 14 working days from the date we receive your return, for us to process your refund.

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method, please contact customer service for any further detail.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and post it back to you. Please note that your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification or lingerie/swimwear products.

How to return step by step:

Website orders-

1) Log your return through our returns portal by clicking here

2) Re-package your item(s)

3) Drop off your parcel at one of our thousands of drop off locations, remember to keep your proof of postage to help any future enquiries

TikTok orders-

All orders placed through the TikTok app, returns must be arranged through TikTok.

You must request a refund through the order page via TikTok.

Orders returned outside of our returns portal (international customers)

Please be advised that returns have a cost of £1 per returned item that will be deducted from the refunded amount. This is due to cost increases. We are trying to keep this increase minimal for our customers.

Please ensure your order number and reason for return is placed in the order so we are able to identify your order.
